Got home 9.09pm. Husband and son had eaten whole egg custard and two Chelsea buns by 9.20pm.  “Brilliant, you have to make more of these” they said. Well what can I say! Will give it a go this week while fresh in my mind

Absolutely great class and good fun. Lel takes the hassle out of baking so you can learn and enjoy yourself. Suitable for any skill range and he gives some great baking tips. If you have any interest in baking I would definitely recommend going.

I just wanted to say on behalf of my mum, my sisters and I, what a wonderful time we had at the baking class at Bourne on 18th July.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our evening with you; we learned so much and had a real laugh with you.

We’ve shared the bread at our huge family breakfast and my focaccia went down a storm with my family at a barbecue.

You’ve certainly inspired us all to make more bread now that you’ve given us the self-belief to do it (Susan has even begged some fresh yeast from the baker at Tesco!)

So thank you very much from us all and I hope we may join another class one day.
